What if my data is messy or incomplete?

Will there be any downtime?

We plan a staged cutover and rollback path to reduce disruption. Actual continuity and cutover timing depend on agreed scope, systems, integrations, and client readiness.

How does the zero-loss control framework work?

We agree reconciliation checks, run a test migration, investigate agreed exceptions, and use cutover and rollback decision points. These controls support validation; they are not an unqualified zero-loss guarantee.

What's your refund/cancellation policy?

Cancellation, exclusions, remedies, and any service-specific acceptance terms are set out in the agreed Statement of Work and the Refund Policy. You can cancel before the full migration phase, subject to the agreed scope and work completed.

Do you handle our GDPR compliance?

Yes. Every migration includes a Data Processing Agreement (DPA), full GDPR audit trail, and Article 32 technical compliance sign-off. We are ICO registered and all data remains within UK/EU jurisdiction.
